After playing the site for the past half hour I found that the pokerstars graphics were good, and the atmosphere onsite seems friendly and relaxed, and I even made an Ace high flush in the first pot I got involved in, which is always nice.

Whilst playing at pokerstars, at any time the statistics for the current session can be viewed, as well as an area for making notes and of course the usual chat facilities are available too. I like the look of the cards, and the avatars which you can fill with a photo of yourself if you choose. The only thing that struck me as out of place was the background to the pokerstars playing table itself, but that’s a matter of taste and is irrelevent really in the context of the rest of the site looking excellent.

The main pokerstars page on site gives easy access to whichever game you might be looking for, and although when I checked under ‘tourneys’ I was met with a page full of different scheduled tournaments which might originally seem a bit confusing, there are extra tabs you can click to refine your search and find the exact tournament you want.

Overall I have to say the general feel of the pokerstars site is very good, I found the buttons and slide bars for betting and various actions easy to navigate, just as the rest of the site proved to be.

Pokerstars is definitely a site I would recommend and one which I will be spending more time on myself in the coming days too. www.pokerstars.com
